1. Ordering & Payment

Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available for all orders that fall under serviceable pin codes. COD orders will be shipped only after order confirmation via WhatsApp/Phone.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.


2. Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

  • Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.
  • Delivery takes 2-3 working days for metros and tier-I cities.
  • Some remote locations may take longer.

How can I track my order?

What is your return and exchange policy?

  • We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked return policy for non-customized products.
  • Customized products are not eligible for returns unless defective or incorrect.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive the returned item and it passes quality checks, refunds are processed within 7-10 days.
