Return & Exchange Policy
At Mojolife, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day hassle-free Return & Exchange from the date of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?
- Contact customer support to raise a request.
- Provide the necessary details and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Follow the instructions and schedule a reverse pickup (subject to serviceability in your PIN code).
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Reverse Pickup: It usually takes 3-4 days for the reverse pickup to be arranged, subject to availability in your area.
- Processing Time: Once the returned product reaches our warehouse (within 7-8 days), it undergoes a Quality Check (QC). If it passes QC, the return/exchange is initiated.
- Packaging Requirement: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all trims, tags, and accessories.
- Reverse Pickup Fee: A ₹99 reverse pickup fee will be charged for all return/exchange requests.
Exchange Policy
- One-time exchange is free. If you request multiple exchanges, you will be charged for both-way shipping costs.
- If the exchanged product is of lower value, the balance amount will be refunded as a coupon code that can be used on your next purchase.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 2-3 working days after QC approval.
- COD Orders: COD orders are eligible for store credit only, which can be used for future purchases.
- Store Credit: Store credits are fully usable on the website and have no expiration.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Customized or personalized products
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact our support team before making a return request.
Refunds for Promotional Orders
- Orders purchased during special promotions such as "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" or similar offers cannot be returned, but they can be exchanged once.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with clear images of the product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a resolution.
