Return & Exchange Policy

At Mojolife, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day hassle-free Return & Exchange from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

  1. Contact customer support to raise a request.
  2. Provide the necessary details and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Follow the instructions and schedule a reverse pickup (subject to serviceability in your PIN code).

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Reverse Pickup: It usually takes 3-4 days for the reverse pickup to be arranged, subject to availability in your area.
  • Processing Time: Once the returned product reaches our warehouse (within 7-8 days), it undergoes a Quality Check (QC). If it passes QC, the return/exchange is initiated.
  • Packaging Requirement: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all trims, tags, and accessories.
  • Reverse Pickup Fee: A ₹99 reverse pickup fee will be charged for all return/exchange requests.

Exchange Policy

  • One-time exchange is free. If you request multiple exchanges, you will be charged for both-way shipping costs.
  • If the exchanged product is of lower value, the balance amount will be refunded as a coupon code that can be used on your next purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 2-3 working days after QC approval.
  • COD Orders: COD orders are eligible for store credit only, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Store Credit: Store credits are fully usable on the website and have no expiration.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds for Promotional Orders

  • Orders purchased during special promotions such as "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" or similar offers cannot be returned, but they can be exchanged once.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with clear images of the product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a resolution.
